When you submit the booking form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the treatment you're interested in, your preferred date, and anything you tell us in the message field about your skin goals.

Why we use it & the legal basis

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm your appointment, and provide safe, tailored treatment. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps to enter into a service at your request.

Who processes it

Booking requests are sent to us by email at imaanskin@gmail.com. If the form is connected to a third-party form or email provider, that provider processes the data on our behalf under their own data protection terms. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to manage your appointment and our client records, and no longer than required by law or our insurer, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its use. To make a request, email us at imaanskin@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
